What We Offer

We offer a range of services to meet the needs of every client. Have something else in mind? We'd be happy to work with you to create a custom quote.

  • What it is

The Kore Blueprint is a full design plan for a single room, created to give you a clear, cohesive vision before you begin purchasing or setting anything up.

This service focuses on making the right design decisions upfront—so the space comes together intentionally, rather than being pieced together over time.

Instead of guessing what to buy or how to make everything work together, you’re given a fully mapped-out direction that ensures the room feels complete, balanced, and aligned from the start.

    Who it’s for

The Kore Blueprint is for those who want a professionally designed space but prefer to handle the purchasing and setup themselves.

You want clarity before spending money, a strong design direction to follow, and the confidence that everything will work together—without the trial and error that often leads to wasted time and mismatched spaces.

    How it works

We begin with a consultation to review your space, take measurements, and align on your vision, needs, and how you want the room to function and feel.

You’ll share inspiration, priorities, and a general investment range so the design is created with realistic expectations in mind.

From there, I develop a complete design plan for the room. This includes layout guidance, sourcing, and a custom moodboard that defines the overall look and direction. Every piece is selected with the full room in mind and presented in a way that makes the process feel clear and manageable.

You’ll receive everything needed to execute the design confidently, without second-guessing your decisions or trying to figure things out as you go.

    What’s included

    • Space planning and layout guidance for proper flow and functionality

    • Design research and sourcing tailored to your space and style

    • Custom moodboard with a complete design concept

    • Direct links to all recommended furniture and decor

    • Material and finish selections for a cohesive look

    • Color palette direction to guide the space visually

    • Up to three revisions to refine the design as needed

    • Styling guidance to help achieve a finished, polished result

    What to know upfront

The Kore Blueprint is a design-only service and is priced per room.

Clients are responsible for purchasing all recommended items and completing the setup themselves, using the plan provided.

Turnaround is typically 2–3 weeks from the consultation, and you’ll be contacted within 24 hours of booking to begin your project.

This service is best suited for those who are ready to invest in their space and want a clear, professional plan before moving forward.

  • What it is

The Kore Edit is a full-room redesign that works intentionally with what you already own. I actively repurpose your existing large furniture pieces — such as sofas, media consoles, and key foundational items — and design the rest of the space around them to bring everything together.

This service focuses on finishing a space properly by refining what’s already there and layering in the right décor and details.

    Who it’s for

The Kore Edit is for people who like the foundation of their space but know it doesn’t feel complete. You want the room to feel pulled together, elevated, and thoughtfully designed — without replacing large furniture that already works.

    How it works

    To get started, you’ll provide:

    • Five photos of each room you’d like redesigned

    • Your maximum budget for the project

    • A list of must-keep items (large furniture pieces that should remain)

    • Any functional needs or preferences for the space

I design the space around your existing core pieces and present a curated design board outlining the décor, lighting, textiles, and finishing elements selected to complete the room.

One round of edits is included to refine the design before moving forward.

When all selections arrive, I place and style each item so the room feels finished, balanced, and ready to live in.

    What’s included

    • A complete design plan for the room

    • Active repurposing of existing large furniture

    • A curated design board tailored to your space

    • One round of design edits

    • Purchasing, coordination, and final styling

    What to know upfront

This service includes purchasing new décor and finishing pieces to complete the design. Scope and investment are based on the room size and overall project goals.

  • What it is

The Kore Space is a full design service for one room or multiple rooms in homes that are already built. This service allows each space to be designed as a whole — from layout to furnishings to finishing details — based on how the room needs to function and feel.

This approach starts with a flexible design foundation, allowing for new foundational pieces when needed so the space comes together intentionally rather than being pieced together over time.

    Who it’s for

The Kore Space is for people who want one or more rooms fully designed and don’t want to manage decisions, sourcing, or execution themselves. You want your home to feel finished, pulled together, and thoughtfully designed — without having to figure out how to get there.

    How it works

We begin with a Design Direction Meeting to align on the space(s), style preferences, and overall goals. You’ll share examples of looks you’re drawn to and confirm your maximum project budget so all design decisions are made within that number.

From there, I create a curated design board with selections chosen specifically for your space. One round of edits is included to refine the design before moving forward.

Once approved, I handle purchasing and coordinate the pieces needed for the room(s). When everything arrives, I place and style each item so the space feels complete, balanced, and ready to live in.

    What’s included

    • A complete design plan for one room or multiple rooms

    • A curated design board tailored to your space(s)

    • One round of design edits

    • Purchasing and coordination of selected items

    • In-room placement and final styling

    What to know upfront

This service involves purchasing furnishings and design elements as part of the process. Final scope and investment are based on the number of rooms involved and the level of design required.

  • What it is

The Kore Experience is a full design service for homes that are being built or undergoing major renovation. This service focuses on making the right design decisions before anything is installed, so the finished home feels cohesive, intentional, and well thought out from the start.

Rather than designing around existing spaces, this service works at the structural and finish level — guiding the choices that define how the entire home looks and feels.

    Who it’s for

The Kore Experience is for people building or renovating a home who don’t want to guess their way through important design decisions. You want someone who can see the full picture, help you choose finishes with confidence, and ensure everything works together across the home.

    How it works

We begin with a Design Direction Meeting to align on the overall vision, layout considerations, and how you want the home to function and feel. You’ll share inspiration, priorities, and confirm your maximum project budget so all decisions are made within that framework.

From there, I select and curate the finishes and materials that shape the home — including flooring, wall colors, tile, countertops, cabinetry details, plumbing fixtures, hardware, lighting selections, and surface materials. These choices are made with the full home in mind and presented clearly so decisions feel straightforward, not overwhelming.

As the build or renovation progresses, I provide design guidance to help keep everything aligned with the original vision.

    What’s included

    • Selection of key finishes and materials across the home
(flooring, paint colors, tile, countertops, cabinetry details, fixtures, hardware, and lighting)

    • Big-picture design direction to ensure cohesion from room to room

    • Ongoing design guidance during the build or renovation

    • Support in making confident, informed design decisions

    What to know upfront

This service is designed for clients prepared to make a significant investment in their home. Scope and involvement are based on the size of the project and the level of design support needed.
